If you look closer, you'll see that this "brutal" collar is turned inside-out!! No collar can harm animal, if it's used properly!

That kind of collars should be strictly forbidden also here in Estonia. Owner who cannot handle his/her dog without causing pain to the pet, should not own a pet!
